Policies
Please be aware of your appointment time, and if possible let us know if you may be late. We will make every effort to accommodate you, however late arrival may result in a shorenting of your service or a need to reschedule which will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
We appreciate 24 hour notice should a cancellation for any service be necessary. Charges may apply if cancellations are made less than two hours before scheduled appointment time.
Élan Day Spa requires a credit card to schedule groups of three or more, and for Saturday appointments .
Gift certificates are available and are valid for one year from the date of purchase, they are not refundable.
Cash, Check, Visa, Master, & Discover Cards are all accepted, however in an effort to not raise our prices a 3% service charge will be applied when a credit card is used for payment.
